Hello there, I'm Becky

I'm the founder of Para Prana, a Breathwork teacher, children's English teacher, sound lover, intuitive, and world traveller. My journey into Breathwork began during a challenging chapter of my life, when I reached a point where I knew I needed to make different choices and live with greater purpose.

Through Breathwork, meditation, and a deeper connection with myself, I experienced a profound transformation that changed the way I understood myself and my life. What began as a personal journey eventually became a calling to share these powerful yet simple practices with others.

After travelling throughout Southeast Asia and eventually making my home in Bali, I created Para Prana as a space to share my love of Breathwork, meditation, sound, and mindful practices. My hope is that the love and intention behind everything I create inspires you to explore your own breath, your own inner wisdom, and your own unique journey.

A Little More About My Journey

Alongside my Breathwork work, I have spent many years exploring health, wellness, counselling, meditation, and embodiment practices.

I also work teaching English as a second language to children. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how children learn — through imagination, play, repetition, movement, and connection.

My own experiences taught me that Breathwork and meditation can be invaluable tools for finding greater balance, grounding, and awareness. I became especially passionate about embodiment — moving beyond the constant chatter of the mind and learning to listen more deeply to the body, emotions, and intuition.

Teaching children has opened another beautiful dimension to this work. I love finding simple, creative ways to help children slow down, connect with their breath, recognise their feelings, and discover that they already have wonderful tools within themselves. This is what inspired me to create playful Breathwork adventures for little ones through Para Prana.

Whether I'm working with adults or children, my intention is the same: to create a gentle and nurturing space where people can pause, breathe, reconnect, and feel more at home within themselves.

I believe there is so much wisdom and potential within each of us. Sometimes, we simply need a little space to breathe and remember.

Love Myself

"As I began to love myself, I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself, I understood how much it can offend somebody. If I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me, today I call this “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself, I stopped craving for a different life,
and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call this “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself, I understood that at any circumstance,
I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens
at exactly the right moment. So, I could be calm. Today I call this “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself, I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health; food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do that make my heart cheer. I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I know it is “LOVE of ONESELF.”

As I began to love myself, I quit trying to always be right, ever since
I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

As I began to love myself, I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now I only live for the moment where EVERYTHING is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself, I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But As I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing, new worlds are born. Today I know; “THIS IS “LIFE!”
