Meet Lumi
A curious little friend with a special
kind of magic.
Lumi’s name comes from luminescence — the soft, gentle glow of light that shines from within. Lumi’s light shines from the heart, and Lumi loves sharing that warm glow with other children. Sometimes, that magic begins with a single breath.
One special breath leads Lumi on a magical adventure to meet a group of wonderful animal friends. Each friend has something special to share — from the Bee’s gentle hum to the Lion’s brave roar, the Dragon’s magical breath, and the Snake’s slow, soothing hiss. Along the way, Lumi discovers that everyone experiences different feelings. Sometimes we feel buzzy and full of energy, sometimes scared or frustrated, and sometimes we simply need a quiet moment.
With the help of their new friends, Lumi explores how breathing can help us slow down, feel brave, settle big feelings, and find moments of calm. And the magic doesn’t stop there! Lumi discovers that even a simple breath can lead to something wonderful, including a beautiful rainbow, before settling down for a cosy bedtime adventure.
Through playful stories, gentle breathing activities, and a little everyday magic, Lumi invites little ones to get curious about their feelings, discover their breath, and nurture the light that shines within them, too.
More than anything, Lumi wants every little friend to feel loved, safe, and connected to the beautiful light that shines within their own heart.
